Once this is true, you make an appointment with your appointed transfer attorney and he will facilitate the binding contract and final negotiation for you. If there are any suspensive conditions like being subject to the approval of a mortgage bond the buyer has to pay an admin fee in advance of R1500 to the transfer attorney.
