PROPERTY LISTING WIZARDS

When you are ready to have your property listed by Property Sell Direct, you have two options:

Option 1: List your own property

You can list your own property with the assistance of Property Sell Direct.  To enable you to do so, you can use our “Property Listing Wizard”. This refers to documents and information that is automatically sent to you on request.  Different listing wizards are available for different types of properties.  Arranging information and pictures about your property is made easy by downloading a specific listing wizard. Click on the links below to download a wizard for your type of property:

1. Residential Listing wizard

3. Guest House Listing wizard
4. Commercial/Industrial Listing wizard

You can also request a listing wizard by sending an e-mail to listing@propertyselldirect.co.za.
Alternatively you can SMS "listing wizard" along with your contact details to 082 339 7567 and we will forward you a listing wizard.

When completed, you can email or fax the documents to:

Remember to e-mail us between 10 and 20 photos of the inside and outside of your property.

Option 2:        Request a Property Sell Direct “Listing Agent” to list your property.

If you want Property Sell Direct to list your property, you request a Property Listing Agent to list your property at no cost. Simply e-mail “Listing Agent” along with your contact details to listing@propertyselldirect.co.za

Alternatively you can SMS "listing wizard" along with your contact details to 082 339 7567 and we will contact you.

When completed, you can email or fax the documents to:
