These offers are none binding and only for negotiation purposes. This non binding
process is aimed at getting you and the seller to agree on the sales price and
suspensive conditions. Once this is true the seller will make an appointment
with the appointed transfer attorney and he/she will facilitate the binding
contract and final negotiation. . If there are any suspensive conditions such
as being subject to the approval of a mortgage bond, you as the buyer would
have to pay an admin fee in advance of R1500 to the transfer attorney. The purpose
is to cover the basic expenses of the attorney if the suspensive conditions
are not fulfilled.
